Built upon the powerful fifth-generation Toyota Hybrid system, the 2025 Toyota Corolla Hybrid delivers an ideal blend of efficiency and thrills. All trim levels feature a 1.8-liter four-cylinder aluminum DOHC engine combined with an electric motor to create a total system output of 138 horsepower and 105 lb-ft of torque. It comes paired with a smooth-shifting planetary-type continuously variable transmission and features variable valve timing with intelligence for improved performance.
You can expect an EPA-estimated 50 mpg combined or 46 mpg on the highway. This new Toyota vehicle comes standard with front-wheel drive, but you can also select an electronic on-demand all-wheel drive system with a dedicated rear motor. If this system senses slippage at the front, it can engage this motor to enhance your traction and agility.
The 2025 Toyota Corolla Hybrid features a multitude of technologies to assist you while driving. An eight-inch touchscreen display and a 4.2-inch multi-information display come standard, but higher-level trims have a ten-inch version and an eight-inch version respectively.
