Service advisor pressured to purchase an extended warranty. I feel like they used predatory means to ensure they make a sale. I feel like they are looking out for there own interests just to get commission for the sale. Very upset with our experience and we will not purchase or service there any more.

Yesterday I purchased a vehicle. Right from when we walked on the lot, I could tell that they were taking a different approach and didn't come up and rush my wife and I. Once I had had an opportunity to look at the car that I wanted, then they made themselves available to help answer questions about the car and open it up for us to look at. Customer service is extremely down. Also try to up sale you on things not need. Carlos was telling my daughter that she did not need a simple oil change, that she needs 300 worth of service done to her new car which was not true. Recommend not to do the oil change when the car stick clear stated she need an oil change. Proceed to have her wait 3+ hours for a 25 minute oil change. This shop was busy since it was a Saturday but all staff were very professional, clear and to the point, which helped with efficiency.
Francisco made the car buying process quick and easy. We have used car buying services in the past to avoid all the run around but our interaction with Francisco has us questioning that moving forward.
I am always taken care of by Toyota Chula Vista. I appreciate my service advisor every time I come in. He goes the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of. Carlos Munoz has always taken care of me and my family. And I only come here because of him.
The absolute worst customer service. No one communicates at this location. Not one person in customer service OR the actual service line (not on property) could tell me if I need an appointment for a car wash. The most basic question cannot even be answered. This is the 3rd bad experience I have had with this dealership.
I took my 2026 car because it was showing a problem with my breaks they gave it back said it was perfectly fine that same warning now pops up 10 times more than before I took it and now my check engine light is on so if u guys wanna trust the personnel here that’s on you but I can literally have a whole accident in my car and all they where able to do is tell me it was perfectly fine with no sort of explanation.

I’ve bough many cars in the past with Toyota and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. No communication, didn’t listen to anything I told them and to top it off the financing manager was the rudest finance manager I’ve ever dealt with. Pushed me to get extras I didn’t want to and kept going back and forth with me of why I should even though I said no many times. Fast service and useful member. Got there at 10 for my appointment and was called 40 mins later that it was ready and they were packed today as well!
Excellent customer service from Javier Aguirre, as always. They even sent me a video of the mechanic working on my car and explaining the issues in detail. Very satisfied with the overall experience!
Both experiences have been terrible unlike other dealerships I’ve visited. Disappointing, advisers need better training in services and plans.

I paid for oil change service package last April 21 2025 came in last week in the morning Kevin Laguna terrible service had to remind him of tire rotation.. didn't even get multipoint inspection.. nobreport or anything

Got my oil changed but it took more than 4 hours. I did received pictures of some items and an introduction video from the technician but no explanation on what where the pictures about or recomendations. I figured I would probably get the details in the paperwork at the end when I pay and nothing. I took my car and no sticker on the miles for next oil change and no car wash. Very disappointed!

Daniel Fabian has got to be the best advisor I've had the pleasure to work with. Very polite, straightforward, and very personable. His service was more familiar than transactional. My service was minor and I was on my way in a typical two hour average waiting time.
I was welcomed politely and given a snapshot of what would take place and when I would expect my car to be ready, as soon as they were done I received both a phone call and a text that the car was ready for pick up..

Website advertising states lower prices for services, but when you go inside to get service, it is more. False advertising! When discussing, advisor states, i know, i told them to change it, its advertised wrong. If customer doesn’t bring it up, there charged more. Terrible!! Wait times with appointments are ridiculous, over 3 hours, when there are workers sitting around. Not happy with the false advertising and wait times.

A representative called me informing me of a special on an oil change. I scheduled an appointment but when I arrived, I was told I didn’t qualify. They gave me the oil change anyway. Also they informed me of a recall but they never notified me about it by mail. By law, manufacturers are required to notify registered owners of safety recalls via mail. The experience felt a bit confusing and inconsistent.

Paco helped us get the car that we wanted. One of very few delearships who doesn’t put market adjustments on their OTD price. They matched the carmax appraisal with no issues, they were transparent with their pricing. The entire process only took us less us than 2 hours. We would recommend them to friends and family.

I had the opportunity to work with Shawn Reilly. Absolutely incredible support from a sales person. I’ve bought over a dozen cars in my life and Shawn will have my business from this point forward. Worst dealership ever. Bought a vehicle and the second I took it off the lot the tire pressure went on and went to Americas Tires turns out they patched the tire badly on the edge just to sell it. Had to buy a new tire right away. Not only that they were rude Moises and the sales person with braces both act childish. Thirsty to do sales. BEWARE!!

Normally I do not write reviews, but considering the horrible customer service I received today, I have to. I had an appointment at 8:30am, I got there at 8:20 and after 25 minutes waiting, I asked the person who receives the cars (Esteban) why he was taking cars that were coming in way after me. I was notified to retrieve my vehicle at 4:45 p.m. but I did not leave the dealership until nearly 6:00 p.m.
The service agent, identified by the initials C.M., was observed reviewing houses on Redfin with a customer. While another customer was waiting to be assisted, that customer raised a concern about this behavior. The agent then asked his current customer if he could briefly assist the waiting customer; however, this interaction lasted approximately 30 minutes.

I took my car for a noise they had it for 3 days and in the end they didn't repair any of that, it's still the same they said it was the license plate holder but it's not like that, I only lost 3 days without a car
I am always happy with the service I received and the video of repairs to be completed. Service Advisor Mario Carrillo explained repairs well has always professional and courteous when I come in.
