• Post “Caution” and “Do Not Touch” signage around the work area when servicing hybrid batteries.
• Key fobs must be out of range when working on hybrid vehicle batteries.
• Wear protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, face shields, and boots. Be sure to routinely inspect all safety equipment, especially gloves, as cracks and damage can occur.
