That gives you 381 horsepower and 401 lb-ft of torque. Towing capacity peaks at 10,200 pounds and payload capacity is 1,730 pounds.
It comes standard with convenience features such as Voice Recognition, automatic high beams, and Adaptive Cruise Control, which aren’t even options for the GMC Sierra.
It also has a plethora of standard safety features that you have to add on to the GMC Sierra including Collision Warning System and Lane Departure Warning.
The 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 also has six trim levels. It includes five engine options. However, it’s towing capacity comes up a little short in the base model at 9,700 pounds. The truck does outperform in horsepower and torque, but only if you’re willing to upgrade from the base model (the Toyota Tundra outperforms again at its base level).
